What properties can you cover?

There is no limit to the scope of work that we do, which is why we set up an appointment to do a walkthrough of your commercial property to give you your free quote! The walkthrough is the most important step of the process and allows us to walk with you step-by-step on what you would like done and from there we can build a cleaning list that details the scope of work in full. Accuracy and consistency are very important to us!

Is this subscription based or do I have to sign up for a year contract?

NO! No mandatory contract deals for annual or monthly revisits, no monthly subscription signups or fees whatsoever. You can try out our services with no extra strings attached or phony annual bills and cancel with us at any time.

If I like Vazquez Kleaning's services, can I make a contract with you?

Absolutely! If you like us, that's great! We can create an annual or monthly contract with you at your request and you can opt out at any time without the threat of a cancelation fee. Who likes paying extra just to cancel a contract deal? And contracts are purely optional!
